Konrad Benginow, Head of Pricing, Digital and Decision Sciences

Konrad Benginow was named Head of Pricing, Digital and Decision Sciences in January 2022. He joined Santander Consumer in October 2007 as a senior analyst in Decision Science and has held a variety of critical roles at SC and SHUSA since. Prior to joining Santander, he was a manager at the technology company Vertrue in Norwalk, Connecticut.

Konrad holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington and MA in Management from Warsaw School of Economics.

Bruce Jackson, Chief Executive Officer

Bruce Jackson was named Head of Santander US Auto Business and CEO of Santander Consumer USA in March 2023. He joined SC in 2021 as President of Chrysler Capital and Auto Relationships. Mr. Jackson made a significant impact on the business by enhancing the dealer and manufacturer experience and contributing to SC’s overall growth as the fifth largest full spectrum auto lender. He is currently on the Board of Santander Consumer USA Holdings Inc., Santander Consumer USA Inc., and a member of the Executive Committee.

Prior to SC, Mr. Jackson served as Managing Director and Head of Dealer Services for JPMorgan Chase since 2013. While at Chase, he was responsible for the P&L for the bank's portfolio of consumer auto loans, commercial loans, and treasury management products and services, and a team of more than 1,100 employees. He also provided lineof-business oversight in the areas of regulatory compliance, expense management, lending strategies, pricing and digital offerings. Prior to joining Chase, Mr. Jackson held senior auto finance leadership roles at Ally Financial, Bank of America, WFS Financial and Toyota Motor Credit.

Mr. Jackson earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Sam Houston State University.

Betty Jotanovic, President of Chrysler Capital and Auto Relationships

Betty Jotanovic was named President of Chrysler Capital and Auto Relationships at Santander Consumer USA in January 2023. She joined the company in 2018 as head of originations for all Santander Auto and Chrysler Capital's credit, funding, and dealer management activities. Betty brings more than 25 years of experience in the automotive and financial services industries, specializing in senior level leadership in underwriting, funding, collections, customer service, business strategy, tax and treasury.

Prior to joining Santander, Betty led the credit and fulfillment organization at Bank of America for the automotive, RV and Volvo captive lines of business. She has also held senior operational leadership roles for GE Capital and Chrysler Financial. Additionally, Betty has experience with global collections, strategies and technology, having led teams overseeing accounts receivable operations in 19 countries.

Betty has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Wayne State University, a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation from Wayne State University Law School and is a licensed attorney.

Erik Laney, Chief Financial Officer

Erik Laney was named Chief Financial Officer in September 2022. He previously served as Treasurer, a role he had since August of 2020. Erik joined SC in December 2014, and has held several roles within SC’s finance department including Head of Strategy & Corporate Development and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to joining SC, Erik worked at JP Morgan’s Investment bank in the Financial Institutions Coverage group as well as the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities Capital Markets group.

Mr. Laney holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Emory University.

Christopher Pfirrman, General Counsel

Christopher Pfirrman joined Santander Consumer USA as General Counsel in September of 2015. Previously, Mr. Pfirrman served as General Counsel of Santander Holdings USA, Inc. where he advised the Board of Directors and senior management regarding all legal issues impacting SHUSA. Prior to joining SHUSA in 2012, Mr. Pfirrman was Deputy General Counsel of Sovereign Bank from 2000 to 2012 and Counsel of Edwards & Angell, LLP (now Locke Lord) from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Pfirrman is a member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Connecticut Bar Associations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Fairfield University and a J.D. from the William & Mary School of Law.

RL Prasad, Chief Risk Officer

Prior to being named Chief Risk Officer for Santander Consumer in January 2021, Mr. Prasad served as SC's Deputy Chief Risk Officer since February 2020. Prior to joining SC, he served as Head of Global Payments Risk and Global Head of Risk Services for Visa Inc. In his 20+ years career Mr. Prasad has also held senior enterprise leadership roles in credit and risk at Standard Chartered Bank and Citigroup. He earned his MBA at Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Trichy, and earned a bachelor's degree in commerce and economics from Madras University.

Sandra Rosa, Chief Human Resources Officer

Sandra Rosa began serving as our Chief Human Resources Officer for SC in June 2021, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in coaching, talent management, performance planning, employee relations, compensation, and change management.

She previously served as Senior Vice President and Executive Director Human Resources Business Partner at Santander Bank, N.A. joining in July 2017 in which she supported the largest business areas at the bank. Those areas include Consumer & Business Banking, with over 500 branches and 4,000 employees across the Northeast and Florida, the Operations team and Technology. She later assumed a dual-hatted role as Head of Talent Management for Santander US from July 2019 to May 2021.

Prior to joining Santander in 2017, Sandra was the Head of Talent Acquisition for JP Morgan’s Consumer Bank and Chase Wealth Management businesses. During her 24-year tenure with JP Morgan Chase, she held a variety of senior human resources business partner roles across multiple lines of business such as Head of Consumer Bank Human Resources for the Midwest region, supporting 12,000 branch and wealth management employees in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Previously, she served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Corporate, Treasury and Securities Services, and Chase Card Services.

In addition to her professional duties, Sandra is also very active in the community. In 2023, she was appointed chair elect for The Concilio, a non-profit organization that builds stronger communities by unlocking opportunities for Latino families. Through her board service, she shares insights about career opportunities and the professional landscape with young Latino professionals. Sandra also serves on the board for the Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship - Southeast Region (NFTE). NFTE focuses on activating the entrepreneurial mindset in young people in underserved communities. She also dedicates time to developing and supporting her colleagues within Santander, serving as Santander’s US Ambassador to Conexión – the company’s Business Resource Group for Latino/a employees and advocates.

Ms. Rosa holds a BA in Human Services from Judson University.

Donald Smith, Chief Technology Officer

Don joined SC in 2020 with more than 20 years of senior executive experience in Information Technology, most recently serving as Chief Information Officer for Xpanse, Inc. and Common Securitization Solutions. Throughout his career Don has held numerous CIO, CTO and SVP leadership roles at Black Knight Financial Services, JPMorgan Chase, Metropolitan Life Insurance, Microsoft and Dun & Bradstreet. Don brings a strong strategic and business mindset coupled with a deep understanding of the full spectrum of Information Technology disciplines essential to a safe and sound IT operation under large bank standards. He attended Northeasten University and Dean College, where he studied computer science, and Montclair State University, where he obtained a certificate in professional web development.

Marc Womack, Head of Operations

Marc Womack joined Santander Consumer as Executive Vice President, Head of Operations in October 2021 and is responsible for aligning scope, priorities and approach across SC operating units and key functions including Business Continuity Management, Facilities, and the Business Control Officer (BCO) community. Marc currently serves as an Executive Committee Member of American Financial Services Association (AFSA).

With experience across multiple product/service segments including auto, credit card, personal loan, commercial lending and insurance, Marc has more than 30 years of consumer and commercial banking expertise.

Most recently, Marc was President and CEO for TD Auto Finance. In this role, he was responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of TD’s indirect retail and commercial auto finance businesses. Marc also served as Chief Operating Officer where he led the Commercial Lending, Retail Operations and Field Distribution for the U.S. auto organization. Additionally, he was Head of U.S. Product for TD Auto Finance and Chief of Staff to TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank’s President & CEO.

Prior to joining TD, Marc spent 11 years at GE Capital in a number of Finance and Strategy related roles, as well as several senior executive roles at JP Morgan Chase, Capital One, Hyundai Capital America, and HSBC.

A native of Michigan, Marc earned a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Administration from Michigan State University and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
